Author and edit high-quality written materials including community impact reports, economic benefit analyses, stakeholder briefings, fact sheets, and public-facing narratives for data center projects

Collaborate with site development, public affairs, government relations, and legal teams to ensure content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with project timelines and regulatory requirements

Translate complex economic impact data, workforce development metrics, and infrastructure investment figures into accessible content for diverse audiences including local officials, community groups, and media

Establish and maintain a content governance framework that standardizes messaging, terminology, and data presentation across Meta's global data center portfolio

Partner with regional community engagement and global economic development leads to capture localized project stories and integrate them into broader corporate narratives

Lead the development of content for economic development negotiations, local hiring commitments, and other regulatory or public accountability documents and presentations

Define content production workflows, editorial calendars, and quality standards for Meta's data centers

Provide content strategy guidance and editorial direction to cross-functional contributors and communications partners working on data center-related materials

Track and synthesize emerging trends in data center community relations, economic development policy, and infrastructure communications to inform content positioning

8+ years of experience in content strategy, communications, or public affairs with a focus on infrastructure, economic development, real estate, energy, or a related capital-intensive industry

Experience developing stakeholder-facing content that communicates economic impact, community investment, or workforce development outcomes for large-scale infrastructure or development projects

Experience collaborating with government relations, legal, and site development teams to produce regulatory, permitting, or public accountability communications

Experience establishing content governance frameworks, editorial standards, or messaging architectures across complex, multi-site or multi-region programs

Experience translating quantitative economic or operational data into clear, compelling narratives for non-technical audiences including elected officials, community organizations, and the general public

Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)

Familiarity with economic impact methodologies, community benefit agreements, or local government permitting processes relevant to infrastructure development

Experience supporting economic development communications specifically for data center, utility, energy, or large-scale real estate development projects

Experience managing content programs at a global scale across multiple concurrent development projects in different regulatory environments

Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies

Track record of building and leading content functions within a corporate real estate, infrastructure development, or government affairs organization

Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
